• * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and registered with Council of Architecture for Junior Executive (Architecture).
• * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Civil for Junior Executive (Engineering- Civil).
• * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Electrical for Junior Executive (Engineering- Electrical).
• * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Electronics/Telecommunications/Electrical with specialization in Electronics for Junior Executive (Electronics).
• * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technical in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT/Electronics OR Masters in Computer Application (MCA) for Junior Executive (Information Technology).
• * Pass marks or equivalent for Bachelor’s/P.G. Degree/Diploma from UGC recognized universities or AICTE approved courses.
• * Candidates must have qualified in the relevant GATE test paper (AR/CE/EE/EC/CS) from GATE 2023, GATE 2024, or GATE 2025.
• * No experience is essential.

* Junior Executive (Group-B: E-1 level) pay scale: Rs.40000-3%-140000.
* Emoluments include Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perks @ 35% of Basic Pay, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, and Medical Benefits.
* Cost to Company (CTC) per annum is approximately Rs. 13 lakhs.
* Pay protection will be provided to eligible candidates from other CPSEs/State PSUs/Government Departments as per DPE Guidelines.

* Age and eligibility criteria are reckoned as on 27.09.2025.
* Selection is based on valid GATE 2023/2024/2025 scores, with equal weightage given to all three years.
* Shortlisted candidates will undergo Application Verification, and dates will be announced on AAI website.
* Provisional selection will be made based on merit from GATE scores after Application Verification.
* Tie-breaking criteria: higher GATE score, then older age, then higher marks in qualifying degree.
* Junior Executive (Electronics) candidates must undergo approximately 6 months of training and execute a Surety Bond of Rs. 7 Lakhs to serve AAI for a minimum of three years after training.
* Selection is provisional and subject to verification of all documents, character & antecedents check, and meeting medical standards.
* Colour blindness and/or night blindness will be a rejection criterion for the advertised vacancies.

* Service conditions are as per AAI's prevalent rules and regulations.
* Selected candidates are liable to be posted or transferred anywhere in India.

* SC/ST candidates: 5 years.
* OBC (Non-Creamy layer) candidates: 3 years.
* PwBD candidates: 10 years (for posts identified suitable).
* Ex-serviceman and Commissioned Officers: 05 years.
* Candidates in regular service of AAI (completed probation): Maximum 10 years.
* Date of birth as recorded in Matriculation/Secondary Examination certificates will be accepted.

* SC/ST Certificate must be issued on or before 27.09.2025.
* OBC (NCL) Certificate must be issued during Financial Year 2025-26, in the format for Govt. of India posts (Central list), along with a declaration of not belonging to the 'Creamy Layer'.
* EWS Certificate must be valid for the financial year 2025-26.
* Disability Certificate must be valid and issued on or before 27.09.2025.
* All certificates should be in Hindi or English; translated copies attested by Notary are required for other languages.
* Candidates already working in Central/State Government/PSUs must produce a 'No Objection Certificate' at the time of Application Verification.
