This OTR system, which was implemented from July 31, 2025, aims to streamline the application process, making it more convenient, transparent, and efficient for candidates. By completing the OTR, aspirants create a permanent profile on the official UPPRPB portal where their personal, educational, and other relevant details are stored securely. This one-time activity saves candidates from the hassle of repeatedly entering their information for every new recruitment notification, allowing them to apply for various posts like Sub-Inspector (SI) and Constable with a simple login. The OTR registration is free of cost and is a prerequisite for all upcoming UPPRPB applications.
